Cancellation & Return Policy –

At A1 Logos Ltd, we want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you change your mind, our cancellation and return policy is designed to give you peace of mind and comply with UK consumer law.

Order Cancellation

  • You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (the “cooling-off period”).

  • To cancel, please contact us in writing (via email or contact form) within this time.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • Please note: Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items (such as embroidery with names, logos, or bespoke designs) cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty.

Returns

  • Standard (non-personalised) items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days.

  • We will arrange either a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a returns label.

  3. Pack the items securely and send them back within the stated time frame.

Exclusions

  • Personalised, embroidered, or custom-made items are exempt from cancellation and return unless they are faulty.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain clothing accessories may also be non-returnable once opened.
