Order Cancellation

Please note: Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items (such as embroidery with names, logos, or bespoke designs) cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty.
Returns

Standard (non-personalised) items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days.

We will arrange either a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
