Embroidery Process:
Text Embroidery: We handle digitising in-house and will send the digitised image for your approval.
Logo/Image Embroidery: We will send your image out for digitising, which takes 1-2 working days. Once the digitised file is ready, we will send it to you for approval.

Yes, once your order is successfully placed, a digital invoice is automatically generated and emailed to the address you provided during checkout. You can also access and download your invoice from your account order history on our website. All invoices comply with UK VAT and GDPR regulations.
